Samuel C. Huston, with reins in his hands, is pictured with a client bundled up in downtown Grand Island during a snowy day in the 1890s. Huston always used small mules for his sleigh when showing his clients properties. After operating a confectionary shop, he began the home realty business - Dill & Huston Co. in 1889 with a partner.
